Description:

ReproCollective 2025

In 2025, SAYE Company Ltd. entered a new phase of its journey to advance adolescent Sexual

and Reproductive Health (SRH) by embracing collaboration and shared responsibility. Through a

strategic partnership with Inovos Company, the manufacturer of TAMU sanitary pads, SAYE

co-launched ReproCollective a joint initiative designed to mobilize collective contributions

and transform them into meaningful community-based impact.

Launched in May 2025, ReproCollective was built on a simple but powerful idea: when

organizations, individuals and communities come together, sustainable change becomes possible.

Through this platform, contributors were invited to support adolescent SRH education and

menstrual health in a transparent and impact-driven way.

As a result of this collective effort, 986,680 Rwandan Francs (RWF) were mobilized and fully

invested in direct program implementation. These resources enabled SAYE to strengthen its

LTAU Clubs program, reaching 239 adolescents across schools and community spaces in both

the Southern Province and the City of Kigali.

Throughout 2025, SAYE facilitators engaged adolescents in structured, youth-friendly SRH

sessions delivered through LTAU Clubs operating in GS Kabuga Icyerekezo and GS

Nyarusave in Kamonyi District, as well as GS Akumunigo and GS Cyivugiza in Nyamirambo

Sector, Nyarugenge District. Learning was also extended beyond school walls through the

LTAU Station hosted at the Kigali Menstruation Station, reinforcing the link between

education and community dialogue.

Each session went beyond information sharing. Adolescents were encouraged to speak openly

about sexual and reproductive health and rights and menstrual hygiene management.

These safe spaces allowed adolescents to ask questions, challenge stigma and build confidence in

making informed decisions about their health and futures.Recognizing that knowledge alone is not enough, the ReproCollective partnership also

prioritized menstrual dignity. In 2025, 500 packs of TAMU sanitary pads were distributed to

100 adolescent girls participating in LTAU Clubs in Kamonyi District at GS Kabuga Icyerekezo

and GS Nyarusave. Each girl received at least five packs, providing menstrual protection for

over five months and significantly reducing barriers to school attendance, comfort and self-

esteem. The impact of ReproCollective in 2025 stands as a powerful reminder that change is strongest

when education and access go hand in hand. By combining SAYE’s expertise in adolescent SRH

education with Inovos’ innovation in menstrual health products, the partnership addressed both

the knowledge gaps and the practical challenges faced by adolescents especially girls.

Looking back on 2025, we are deeply grateful for every individual and institution that

contributed to ReproCollective. Every contribution made through the platform translated directly

into learning, dignity and opportunity for adolescents. This year reaffirmed our belief that

collective action is not just a concept, but a living force capable of transforming lives.

As SAYE Company Ltd. and Inovos Company look ahead, the work continues. With

ReproCollective as a platform, we remain committed to expanding adolescent-centered solutions,

strengthening community engagement and ensuring that every young person has the knowledge,

confidence and support they need to thrive.

Because lasting change is not built alone it is built together.
